Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day will involve creating innovative solutions to address complex business challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support for SAP ABAP programs and applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP programs, interfaces, and enhancements. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand and resolve incidents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Create and maintain technical documentation for custom ABAP programs and modifications. - Implement minor enhancements and modifications as required by the business. - Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Monitor and optimize the performance of ABAP programs. - Participate in the deployment and post-deployment support activities. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather and interpret requirements. - Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards & Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and innovations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have: Resource should have a solid experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA along with SAP BTI Integration Suite. - Develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW). - Good exposure to Interface developments & CPI Iflow Concepts. - Utilize ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse for HANA development. - Perform data modeling using Core Data Services (CDS) and manage HANA views. - Debug and troubleshoot issues related to ABAP and HANA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA along with SAP BTP (CPI) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
