How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

We are seeking an Associate - Rolling Stock Engineer to join our Perth Rail and Mass Transit team to work on rail projects across passenger and heavy haul.

Performing a key role within the Rail team, you will contribute to building of the Rolling Stock capability in Perth as well as across Australia and New Zealand.

You will join a large, diverse, and highly skilled team in Western Australia, helping our clients 'bring ideas to life.'

  • Lead production of technical deliverables across rail and mass transit projects

  • Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high quality project deliverables for technically complex designs of railways and associated infrastructure

  • Develop and maintain client relationships at the project and local market level

  • Identify and win new business

In addition to your experience in a similar engineering role as an Associate, you will also have:

  • An engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics (all degrees considered).

  • Demonstrated success in working as part of a team through all phases of complex projects, from pursuing an opportunity to project delivery in Australia.

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Significant experience in the design and modification of advanced rolling stock systems.

  • Strong local knowledge and ability to identify new business leads and work with the Business Development team to win new work.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
