Position Summary...
The Director of Member Growth Acceleration is responsible for developing and scaling effective strategies that drive measurable growth in Walmart+ member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role owns the growth roadmap end-to-end, identifying high-leverage opportunities and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a strong bias toward structured experimentation and continuous learning.

The team drives growth acceleration for Walmart+ by developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals. It leads cross-functional initiatives, prioritizes key strategies, and oversees change management to enhance performance. The team collaborates closely with leadership and stakeholders to implement process improvements and business development efforts. Emphasizing adaptability and continuous learning, it fosters a results-oriented environment focused on delivering value and innovation. Through effective leadership and strategic prioritization, the team supports Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth in a dynamic retail landscape.
What you'll do...
- Define and own the acceleration strategy and KPIs
- Develop data driven hypothesis framework for testing new ideas and scaling what works
- Partner across Walmart+, Product, Marketing and Engineering to launch and scale growth experiments
- Build and manage a continuous experimentation roadmap (new acquisition channels. Mission based experiences, etc.)

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
