We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our Sikhiu Plant. This position plays a vital role in leading annual CAPEX execution while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and timeline performance across multiple engineering projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and review process designs and improvements, including energy and mass balance and utility design

• Collaborate with external and internal engineering partners on equipment specs and control system design

• Define project scopes, budget estimates, and proposals for CAPEX approval

• Oversee CAPEX project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and programming activities to meet project goals
   

You are the right candidate for the role if you have:

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering

• Solid experience in CAPEX project management within food, chemical, or engineering firm environments

• Strong English communication (written & spoken)

• Knowledge of safety regulations and international standards

• Comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to relocate within Thailand if required

• Experience in food & Beverage manufacturing industry is preferred

• Familiarity with utility systems, process automation, or optimization

• Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities

• Emotional intelligence and resilience

• Technical knowledge across engineering project cycles
