Responsibilities: 

• Develop the product strategy and roadmaps while relentlessly pursue revenue growth.

• Develop detailed technical requirements. Translate from high-level product strategy to actual implementation and work closely with Engineering on execution and tracking of the roadmap delivery. 

• Responsible for synthesizing customer evolving needs, market and technology trends and competitive intelligence. 

• Develop the strategic go-to-market plan including partnerships with security vendors.  

• Responsible for providing thought leadership through writing technical white papers, developing training materials and collateral.  

• Partner with the marketing team to execute product launches and work cross-functionally to execute seamless execution of GTM strategies. 

 

The successful candidate will require an excellent track record that exhibits some or all of the following capabilities and skills: 

• Typically requires BSEE/CS combined with 5+ yrs product management experience. 

• Experience working in Network Detection and Response or deep packet inspection preferred. 

• Possess understanding of networking and security architectures.

• Experience in building, designing and managing Enterprise networks is a plus. 

• Demonstrate industry awareness and knowledge of the competitive marketplace. 

• Ability to solve problems with innovative ideas and work across a number of stakeholders effectively with demonstrated leadership skills. 

• Ability to manage scope, risks and issues across multiple projects. 

• Excellent written and oral skills along with superior interpersonal skills. 

• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
