Job Description:

Reporting to the Business Operational Risk Manager, the position serves as the primary lead & point of contact for all Sales Personnel complaints.

• Serves as the primary lead in the conduct of simple disciplinary investigations related to Marketing/Sales Personnel. 
• Serves as the central point of contact & shall manage both internal & external (including relationship with other Sun Life Entities) stakeholders on matters arising from Sales Personnel misconduct. 
• Preparation & Reporting on the Overall State of Sales Personnel Complaints & Misconduct
• Operational risk testing and assists in the periodic reporting to the different stakeholders, such as the Management Committee and the Risk Oversight Committee

In addition, the position also supports the first line’s operational risk management for SLIMTC which includes assisting with the operational risk identification, assessment, review, mitigation, monitoring, reporting, as well as enhancement of operational-related risk reporting, framework and practices for the Investments, Marketing & Sales, and Operations & Finance Departments.
