Recruitment BAU Execution & Agency Expansion

• Execute and monitor agency recruitment BAU activities, including recruitment seminars, workshops, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, recruitment tools, agency expansion campaigns and regular agency engagement activities.
• Track progress, identify execution gaps, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure timely delivery of recruitment initiatives in line with business priorities.

Cross-functional & RO Coordination

• Act as the key execution contact for internal departments and RO on recruitment-related initiatives, ensuring clear briefing, timeline management, issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, Operations and external vendors to support smooth rollout of recruitment programs and BAU activities.

Recruitment Operations, Reporting & Governance

• Manage back-end recruitment operations including reporting, dashboard tracking, meeting preparation, management updates, budget / vendor follow-up, process documentation and recruitment activity governance.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with branding, legal and compliance requirements and maintain proper records, templates and communication materials for consistent execution.

 Continuous Improvement & Process Standardization

• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, standardize templates / trackers, improve stakeholder communication flow, and enhance operational effectiveness across agency recruitment activities.

Preferred skills

• Possess sound knowledge of life insurance industry in terms of distribution strategies, agency award and recognitions, agency compensation as well as recruitment package to formulate opportunities for supporting company key performance indexes 
• Able to communicate effectively and flexibly with all stakeholders to manage complexities and derive innovative ideas to solve problems and prioritize opportunities in the matrix business environment 
• Strong leadership skills to support all agency related projects and grow colleagues and vendors by providing coaching and demonstration 

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably FLMI holder  
• Over 10 years relevant experience in agency recruitment and development 
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills 
• Good team player with creative mindset 
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese 
• Strong business sense and willing to accept challenges 
• Self-motivated and work under high pressure
