Mission statement:
Drive and ensure efficient and effective operations in the Global Communications Shared Services organization, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality experience among stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
You will drive employee engagement for direct team and for the rest of Marketing & Communications employees based in the Philippines, attract, retain people; develop organic Brand Ambassadors through positive employee experience, continue to improve leader/manager communications and effectively lead the team as Communications Business Partners for the Communications Team’s focus areas: external visibility, thought leadership, focus on people.
You will develop and drive the execution of shared services priorities aligned with organizational goals and team’s business values, mentor, lead, and inspire to drive company purpose and organizational goals, develop and create a positive team culture that will amplify and embed Company brand and purpose; provide line of sight.
You will drive and ensure highest level of integrity across the team, lead and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders related to shared services developments and enhancements.
You will support global line managers in attracting and retaining the right talents.
You will manage budget and cost control; identify opportunities for resource optimization, collaborate with senior leadership to drive process improvements and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
You will create strategic partnership across the organization; build and own strong relationships (customer intimacy) with Comms Leads and functional leaders, as an effective business communications partner and deep understanding of stakeholder need to provide timely and effective communications solutions.

Your background:
University bachelor’s degree in marketing or organizational communications, or equivalent.
More than 10 years of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment and managing a full-service communications team.
Experience in working in BPO / Shared Services environment, adept at project-managing high-level and complex communications projects and proven track record as effective people manager.
Entrepreneurial and a true self-starter; can-do, solutions and outcomes-oriented mindset.
Culturally aware and keen to contribute as part of a diverse international team.
Strong team working skills (good at collaborating proactively – even though line manager and colleagues are sitting in another country and time zone).
Highly developed planning, organizing and project management skills.
High level of interest to take active part in important conversations, especially energy and technology-related topics.
Excellent communications and influencing – able to adapt style to work at all levels.
Fluent English speaker with strong writing skills, design knowledge, high levels of attention to detail, and can confidently manage and provide communications support to various stakeholders.
