Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and seeking a degree in Economics, Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field of assignment.

Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks or small-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Developing ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities: Ability to remain open to feedback and quickly adapt to new tasks and/or shifting priorities. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with staff, visitors or leadership in a high-activity environment.
