2. 處理出貨相關事宜，包含聯繫工廠或生管單位安排出貨，並處理出口報關文件

3. 與客戶保持聯繫，回覆Email或電話詢問、確認並協調交期

4. 出貨報告彙整及寄送

1. 部門相關之公司內部文件整理、分類、歸檔與追蹤

2. 部門相關之公司行政作業

3. 主管及業務人員交辦事項

4. 部門報表彙整 (訂單報表、銷售報表、出口相關費用彙整)

1. 熟悉Office相關軟體操作
