Logan Health has updated the wage scales for our Physical Therapist positions.

The new pay range, based on years of experience, is now $39.25 to $58.88 per hour.

 

⭐ What You’ll Do:

• Craft and deliver customized physical therapy plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

• Perform comprehensive in-home assessments that consider physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors.

• Partner with patients, families, and care teams to revise and optimize treatment plans in real-time.

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment in accordance with professional standards and Logan Health’s high-quality care protocols.

• Provide clear, compassionate communication and guidance throughout the therapy process.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and Montana regulations.

• Champion customer service excellence, fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Engage in department initiatives and community programs, furthering Logan Health’s mission to serve.

🎓 What You Bring:

• One of the following:

  • Active Montana Physical Therapy license, or

  • Graduate of an accredited program with eligibility to obtain a Montana license within 30 days of hire.

• Current HS AED CPR certification.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• A deep sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.

• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Tech-savviness, including comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
