Responsibilities:

• Filling in opportunities and stage gates in the CRM to support the sales team with quotation requests;
• Assisting with the registration of customer information (database) in CRM and SAP;
• Supporting cost and pricing composition for the preparation and review of quotations;
• Contacting customers for quotation follow-up as directed by the sales team;
• Formatting price tables in CRM and SAP in accordance with contracts and pricing agreements established by the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward);
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM tools is a plus;
• Intermediate English.
