Whole Foods Market is looking for an Associate In-Store Execution Program Analyst in Austin, TX!

This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee the In-Store Execution Program: Support the calculation and billing for a merchandising program involving qualifying suppliers. 

  • Monthly Calculations & Reconciliation: Assist in the distribution and review of backup files, and reconcile incoming payments with precision. 

  • Quarterly Reviews: Aid in the quarterly assessment of qualifying suppliers and distributors. 

  • Collaborate with Distributors: Process payments, manage refunds, and ensure compliance with program guidelines. 

  • Manage Contracts: Track supplier agreements and submit any needed modifications to our legal team. 

  • Collections: Complete the monthly collections process for supplier-billed invoices. 

  • Engage with Suppliers: Field inquiries from suppliers and act as a knowledgeable representative for internal and external partners. 

  • Additional Responsibilities: Tackle additional projects as they arise—there’s always room for growth! 

What You Bring: 

  • Experience: 2+ years in a relevant field (bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience in the grocery industry is a bonus! 

  • Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. Familiarity with Alteryx? That’s a plus! 

  • Communication & Attention to Detail: Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Presentation & Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively present information and navigate complex issues. 

  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished, professional approach with business partners and the supplier community. 

  • Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: A desire to master new applications and processes. 

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
