About the team and the role:

eBay has a unique opportunity to streamline credit products for eBay buyers/sellers with “Uniquely eBay” benefits and rewards that are designed around eBay buyers & sellers. This is a key part in our financial services strategy where we want to empower our card holders both on and off of eBay and help them capture more value when transacting with their eBay credit card.

We are looking for a passionate and creative product senior manager who loves to define and build best-in-class credit card experiences on eBay. If you are obsessed with getting every detail right, if delighting customers is what keeps you motivated, then we’d love to talk to you.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering products that impact millions of users. Working with internal and external partners, the person in this role will introduce new buyer experiences for eBay users worldwide. This role requires someone who has a consistent record of successful product delivery, an eye for good design, an obsession for first-class user experiences, and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions for complex problems.

What You Will Do: 

  • Drive the vision, strategies and roadmap for eBay branded credit card products aligned with the broader organizational and company strategies and goals

  • Understand and synthesize customer needs from market research, customer visits, and customer service and analytics

  • Build and maintain a product roadmap by applying strong technical reasoning and user empathy to condense many different partner needs into coherent, scalable back-end capabilities

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with technical leaders, partner teams, and collaborators to deliver successful products and/or features

  • Track critical metrics and analyze success of products and/or product enhancements

  • Manage communications and expectations with internal partners

What You Will Bring: 

  • 7+ years in product management 

  • Track record of delivering best-in-class user experiences

  • Experience and comfortable working with multiple internal partners and driving alignment, execution across various teams

  • Comfort operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zones

  • Metrics driven - ability to build actionable metrics which can measure product performance

  • Deep analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, in order to apply these to successful business decisions driving consumer-centered products

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$149,200 - $234,850

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
