Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the needs of the organization and ensure smooth business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications based on business needs. - Configure and customize CRM entities, workflows, and plugins. - Perform data migration and integration activities. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. - Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies. - Assist in training end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Experience with CRM customization and configuration. - Strong understanding of CRM modules, entities, and relationships. - Knowledge of CRM workflows, business rules, and security roles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM data migration and integration. - Familiarity with CRM reporting and analytics tools. - Understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
