As a Revenue Ops Technical Program Manager at Go Nimbly, you’ll be collaborating with our teams of consultants, engineers and architects to to drive roadmapping for our customers and help solve some of our customer's hairiest operational challenges.

On a given day, a Technical Program Manager will spend time:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance and insights to optimize revenue performance.
  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand business goals and define high level strategy to optimize revenue operations processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of technical solutions to support revenue generation, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal and external teams on best practices for revenue operations and technical implementations.
  • Develop a project plan to ensure compliance with all the agreed milestones, managing delivery dates, resourcing, and schedules.
  • Manage customer expectations and nurture the customer relationship by being the point person for all communication.
  • Work with the customer to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope or timeline.
  • Provide project direction on one or more projects while maintaining a high-quality level of service. Ensuring the quality of all deliverables.
  • Deeply understand your customer’s business challenges, and provide insight in addressing these issues.

About you

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in program management and/or revenue operations role leading projects or implementations.
  • You have experience leading a team, ideally revenue operators.
  • You have a technical interest, a knowledge of SaaS companies and the B2B customer journey, and excellent presentation skills (all three are part of our day-to-day!).
  • Serious organization and project management skills.
  • A great presenter who builds strong relationships.
  • Experience with configuration of Salesforce or Marketing Automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) is a huge plus.

The base salary for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling as there are two possible levels included in this range. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
