As an AI Strategy Practitioner, a typical day involves leveraging deep industry knowledge and artificial intelligence insights to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. This role focuses on identifying valuable AI opportunities throughout the business value chain and designing a clear roadmap to realize these benefits. The practitioner also dedicates time to crafting detailed blueprints for data and AI platforms, shaping target operating models, and considering the broader impact on organizational talent strategies. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving innovation and aligning AI initiatives with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of AI strategy and business cases to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within AI projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable AI strategies.
- Ability to design scalable data and AI platform architectures.
- Experience in developing target operating models and understanding their organizational impact.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate AI concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
