Vendor & Contract Employee Management:
• Prepare and maintain the contract employee list along with CTC details.
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly inputs for vendors, including new
joiner details, exit dates, leave encashment, incentives, and deductions.
• Coordinate input submissions with the Vendor SPOC, verify drafts, and
provide final input confirmation for payroll processing.
• Coordinate contract extensions, employee exits, attendance tracking,
and share SOWs for vendors.
Payroll, Finance & Compliance:
• Manage Statutory Bonus payouts and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
processing.
• Coordinate with Finance to verify previous month’s salary release,
prepare cost sheets, and cross-verify daily rate details.
• Process vendor invoices, follow up on outstanding invoices, and issue
Purchase Quotations (PQ).
• Handle end-to-end Payroll Audits, manage IT & Flexible Benefit Plan
(FBP) declarations, run the annual ITR Return helpdesk, and coordinate
NPS payments.
HRIS (Workday) & Data Management:
• Oversee comprehensive Workday Data Management, ensuring 100%
data accuracy.
• Conduct regular Data Quality Audits and update contract extensions,
exits, and documents directly in Workday.
• Identify root causes of data/process issues and mitigate them to prevent
reoccurrence.
Employee Lifecycle & Documentation:
• Prepare accurate HR inputs for New Joiners and Exits.
• Draft and issue job change, promotion, off-cycle, and Market Correction
(MC) letters to respective HRBPs.
Benefits & Insurance Administration:
• Share accurate details of active and ex-employees with the Insurance
Team.
• Manage end-to-end Insurance Renewals, OPD Policy administration,
and track policy consent forms.
• Provide dedicated support to employees in case of hospitalization.
General HR Operations:
• Manage and update the HR Chatbot to ensure accurate automated
responses for employee queries.
• Continuously improving HR operational processes for better efficiency
and employee experience.
What we are looking for
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll compliance (Statutory Bonus,
LWF, Income Tax, NPS).
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) for data
management and cost sheet preparation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (liaising with
Finance, HRBPs, and external vendors).
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
