About the Role

Sr. Specialist I,ADE

主要职责:

1、协助营管处负责人达成营管处业务目标，最终实现机构目标；

1)  根据营管处目标进行分解，帮助营销员设定目标，并进行追踪，推动达成；

2)  组织产品训练、业务活动等，提升营销员的销售能力；

3)  组织各种会议，向保险营销员传递公司信息，交流业务经验，协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持；

2、宣导和执行公司与业务推动相关的制度和规则，协助营销员在日常展业过程中问题的沟通和处理。

任职基本要求:

1、本科及以上学历；
2、具有一定的组织能力、沟通技巧、客户意识、责任心和工作主动性。
