About Our Team:

The eBay iCBT Business Management and Operation team is responsible for taking care of eBay platform policy design, operation and GC, SEA, Hipo, IN, JP and KO cross-border seller management, based on in-depth analytical technology. Trust Analyst will be responsible in analytics, reporting, policy operation and documentation related tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the trust related initiatives of the entire eBay iCBT region markets including China Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, India, Japan etc.
  • Perform data investigation and data analysis requests using SQL/R/Python/Excel
  • Carry out an end-to-end strategic program to manage trust performance, discovering real problems and provide real solutions
  • Communicate trust programs or actions with local and global stakeholders, to ensure smooth policy launch and operation
  • Maintain database and generate daily tracking reports on eBay seller performance metrics
  • Other ad-hoc tasks involving SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI tool etc.

Job Requirement:

The desired qualities of the candidate should include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics / Economics / Business / Computer Science or other technology related fields
  • Proficiency in SQL/Excel Pivot table, familiar with database knowledge
  • Tableau skills and intermediate statistical modelling knowledge using R/Python
  • Good speaking, reading and writing capabilities both in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Proactive, responsive, willing to learn and strong ownership
