As an Audience Manager, you will lead marketing planning and initiatives for our institutional business, specifically for defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans for some of the largest retirement plans in America. You will define the overall marketing strategy with senior business leaders and ensure execution is aligned to marketing and business objectives. You’ll have a broad and deep understanding of the institutional and marketing business landscape, competitive environment as well as marketing best practices and journey orchestration to identify opportunities for marketing to achieve business goals.

  • You have at least 7 to 10 years of marketing experience working within the financial services industry.

  • You are familiar with institutional business, ideally within the retirement space, including pension and defined contribution.

  • You exhibit evidence-based decision making, crafting and changing marketing campaigns based on data.

  • You enjoy collaborating across functional lines to deliver a common goal and have experience doing so.

  • You have demonstrated ability in taking a consultative approach to strategic problem solving.

  • You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
