The opportunity.
Trumid is looking for a Platform Support Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and performance of our trading platform. As our company grows, the complexity of our platform and the number of clients we support will increase.
The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining high standards of service and is driven to provide a best-in-class user experience. You will be responsible for managing incidents, supporting clients, and maintaining multiple environments. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our trading operations.

In compliance with New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in New York City is between $150,000 - $190,000. This range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this job.
