Responsible for managing & growing assigned portfolio based across any of the market in APAC (Single country). Key responsibilities include but are not limited to client retention, implementation, Key contact strategy, premium product and services sales, P&L Management, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer success.

What You’ll do on a Typical Day

  • Manage inbound call & email queries from clients to assist with their account related needs and concerns.
  • Proactively speaking with clients to build relations, offering a consultative approach when managing our client travel programs, providing insight and recommendations to assist our clients achieve their objectives; whilst at the same time improving their value to AEGBT
  • Manage any escalations from the client, working with the servicing and support teams to understand the issues, reporting back to the client and being part of a team that closes out the issue.
  • Ability to consult, analyze and assess client needs while supporting needs to improve profitability.
  • Engagement and/or management of client implementations and de-implementations
  • Send updates and communications to client key contacts.
  • Conduct phone/internet based introductory presentations/travel forums.
  • Keep SFDC and any other relevant database updated as required, and communicate with different business units, specifically Operations, Supplier Relations, Implementations & Sales to manage day-to-day servicing issues, as well as cross-promotional initiatives.
  • Consult clients on MI hierarchy/UDID/CAP Profile/GSI Overlay positions.
  • Manage ad-hoc report requests, implement, maintain, & amend PET and insights reports

What We’re looking for

  • Graduate with proven success in client relationship, services and solutions increasing client revenue and profitability.
  • Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to prioritization, and planning skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to successfully navigate through client organizations. Good communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts.
  • Travel Operations knowledge is required.
  • Interpersonally, the Account Manager will present with high energy, professionally maturity and resilience.
  • financial acumen will be an added benefit to leverage the key drivers of profitability.
  • Sound Knowledge of excel & PowerPoint.
