WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you passionate about Nike product and excited to bring the future of retail to life? Join us in Nike Stores DSM (Demand and Supply Management) Team to work with top Stores in EMEA, including House of Innovation (HOI) in Paris – the crown of the fleet.

As the Assortment Planning Team, we work closely with Merchandising, Financial Planning, Allocation and Partner Management to create commercial and profitable assortments. We hustle in season to maximize sales and leverage inventory, while working hand-in hand with Partners, aligning product strategy and key investments.

In this role you will manage franchise level forecast starting as early as 48 weeks before the season, adding granularity as we move towards Order Entry Deadline to develop material-partner level plans. Working collaboratively with X-functional teams, you will also present the plans to external partners, bringing Nike strategy to the marketplace.

The role requires a strong bond of analytical skills, commercial mindset, and communication skills to coordinate internal and external stakeholder management. As a seasoned team player, you’ll also be eager to own and drive end-to-end processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Assortment Planning: Manage franchise/classification level forecasts on Partner level to deliver Nike Strategy, profitable growth, and inventory health. Escalate risks or opportunities that are grounded in facts and present options for resolution.
  • Teamwork: Work together with Merchandising on material, partner level plans considering commerciality, brand Stories and space in the stores.
  • In-Season Trading: Conduct weekly reviews on performance vs previous years and utilizing this insight to identify risks and opportunities. You’ll propose actions to drive growth in collaboration with Allocator’s.
  • Consumer Field of Play Mindset: Understand Consumer and Marketplace, with Stores being in the epicenter of Nike Strategy, it is important we let Consumer decide and overachieve on their expectations. Work x-functionally on projects like Accelerating Consumer Excellence, Stores Clustering as well as putting Consumer in the center of your decision in day-to-day work.
  • Communication and Influence: This is an account facing role and you’ll therefore utilize your strong communication skills to build relationships and influence decisions towards the Nike strategy. Nike Stores is a wide matrixed organization – stakeholder management and collaboration are key.
