Job Summary

As a Senior Support Engineer (11220), you will be a key player in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for our clients. You will work closely with the development team, L3 support engineers, and clients to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle various types of requests will be crucial in maintaining high-quality support services.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze and solve technical problems/issues.
  • Document and write runbooks with initial resolution steps.
  • Diagnose, document, and communicate issues to clients and development teams.
  • Provide timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support needs, showing flexibility in handling various types of requests.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of VBA in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Python (scripting level), React, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with strong proficiency in English.
  • Ability to handle stress and a high volume of workload.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with .NET, C#.
