Department Overview

The LACR Marketing Call Center/Marketing Operations team works hand in hand with campaign managers to qualify, prospect, and convert potential customers over to sales.


Job Description

What: Increase sales coverage, identify new opportunities and accelerate account engagement.
How: Find and influence key decision makers by proactive prospecting
Business Coverage: Channel / Video 
Target: Accounts mapping and messaging 
Engagement: Create and orchestrate engagement content and tactics
Activate: Active conversations and engagement with accounts
Measure: Monitor velocity, pipeline, revenue and constant optimization
AUDIENCE:

Strategic Accounts: Accounts identified in conjunction with sales where we need to create a relationship

High Value Account: Accounts grouped into micro-segments by themes or interests (new & existing)

Intent Accounts: Accounts selected by intent and engagement data originals (6sense, BNAmericas, others) 

TACTICS:

Personalized content and conversations

Proactive outbound marketing with conversational flows through LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Retargeting on digital platforms

Customize Engagement webs or content

Basic Requirements

Fluent in Spanish

Conversational English

Portuguese would be a plus, but not required

2+ Years prospecting or cold calling experience
