About the Team
You will be working on the Workday Design Systems, partnering directly with Engineering teams that build our patterns into the Workday Platform. Your role on the team will allow you to affect the experience for millions or Workday users worldwide. You will work with a team that is growing our Design System to deliver intuitive, attractive experiences by default in the Platform and focusing on creating modern patterns that scale across all modalities. We are looking for a UX Designer to join us and work alongside our international distributed platform teams to innovate and deliver existing experiences for our users worldwide. About You
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of enterprise design experience preferably in software as a service industry.
A portfolio demonstrating a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces (Please share Password)
Proficiency with Figma or other modern design & prototyping tools
Ability to communicate and collaborate with product managers and developers about the product strategy
A desire to internalize customer experiences and improve those experiences through meaningful design
A collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and a desire to bring order to complex design challenges
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Open to 50% flex-hybrid reporting to our Boulder office

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
