Job Description

Mission:

• In the heart of the Renault / Supplier relational Network, this position contributes directly to the company value by the management of suppliers’ QCD performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery) in worldwide automotive Chassis purchasing activities.

Scope of action:

• Pilot of Chassis/platform purchasing activities in China
• Proceed supplier market analysis and establish potential supplier contact.
• Suggestion and validation of suppliers panel in China with corporate team in Europe.
• Benchmarking and capitalization of experience in Chinese market, support in the worldwide Chassis sourcing strategy decision.
• Chassis budget building with cost analysis department before the launch of RFQ
• Reception and analysis of offer during RFQ, responsible of technical-commercial negotiation to achieve the performance target (QCD) of nomination.
• Negotiation result presentation and participation of supplier selection decision
• QCD follow up during the development of project and lifetime of mass production.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• International mindset, curious, passionate for purchasing, industries, new technologies.
• Strong knowhow and > 10 years’ working experience of chassis parts: project/product managers/ technical sales/buyers with strong technic background.
• Complete experience of >2 vehicle development projects from sourcing to SOP.
•  Business oriented, able to manage a perimeter of activity in autonomy, with anticipation and proactiveness to propose changes.
• Transversal way of working, easy to share experience & to develop its partners.
• Excellent capacity of analysis and synthesis.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, French can be a plus.
