Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate between Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments to gain hands-on exposure to both lines of coverage. 

  • Support account management team with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and administrative tasks. 

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and quality checks within the agency management system to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

  • Support producers by gathering underwriting information and preparing proposals and documentation. 

  • Participate in client appointments and sales meetings with producers to observe client service and sales best practices. 

  • Contribute to special projects aimed at improving internal processes, client experience, or operational efficiency. 

  • Build professional communication skills through interactions with internal stakeholders. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program

  • Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professional
