Work Shift:

8hr-1st Shift 8a-4:30p Sparta (United States of America)

Ability to accurately and efficiently aid the flow of raw materials and finished goods.
Interact professionally with customers, drivers and other employees
Ability to work well both independently and with others in a team environment.
Maintain inventory databases and generate reports

 Duties

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records of finished goods
  • Responding to inquiries regarding inventory of finished goods
  • Coordinate each period-end physical count of raw materials and finished goods; including accurate and on time paperwork and data entry is completed
  • Be available to receive phone calls at home and resolved inventory questions that occur off-hours
  • Enter Production reports into system
  • Enter transactions from shippers (Product movement)
  • Cycle counts of all finished goods locations
  • Keep inventory of bags used by production and place orders as needed
  • Keep inventory of sleeves used by vendors and make available to production daily

 Requirements: 

Must be able to perform all functions of the Inventory Controll Coordinator Assist in the Shipping receiving area as available

Physical Requirements: 

Lift approximately 20 lbs repetively Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally Operator Fork Lifts Tolerate hot, cold and dusty environments Tolerate Moderate to loud noise

Preferred Skills

Excel experience

ERP experience, preferably JD Edwards

Strong analytical skills

Be willing to obtain a forklift license

Self-driven

Strong computer skills
