The Opportunity
As part of the LLM team you are expected to advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations and coordinate U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an advantageous worldwide tax strategy. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have
- Master of Laws
- Required Cumulative GPA: 3.0

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
