The Role
As data and Generative AI applications become foundational to national security, safeguarding the infrastructure that powers them is paramount. As a Senior Technical Solution Engineer on our Cleared Engineering team, you will act as the vital bridge between core infrastructure operations and active platform reliability within our high-security, air-gapped partitions and GovCloud environments. Operating in an environment of unique compliance frameworks, you will move beyond reactive ticketing to take on complex system and network triage, reviewing infrastructure scripts, and building deployment automation to eliminate systemic operational roadblocks.
Based out of our McLean, VA office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week, with the flexibility required for secure facility operations), this role is designed as an elite technical incubator. You will join a highly sophisticated operational loop with a structured, long-term pathway to transition into a core individual contributor role as either a Production Engineer (PE) or Software Development Engineer (SDE).
