Business Unit Manager Commercial BeNeLux

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving commercial success in the healthcare sector? Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Business Unit Manager Commercial BeNeLux to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This pivotal role is part of the local management team and is responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies that align with our corporate values: We care, we connect, we commit.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Clinical team.
• Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies across the BeNeLux region.
• Drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Optimize and digitize sales processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on business goals.
• Monitor KPIs including sales growth, EBIT, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and corporate policies.

Your Profile:

• Academic degree in economics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success in a management role within an international environment.

Your Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of social competence, energy, and professionalism.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel across the BeNeLux region and internationally.
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt to international standards.
