About the Role

Responsible for working with agency channel management in recruitment drives and development of agency networks.

  • Champion and drive Agency Productivity and Growth
  • Execute Advisor Programs that directly contribute to achieving company goals, objectives and business targets
  • Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units
  • Heavily involved in the onboarding of new advisors
  • Develop, implement and utilize digital agency performance evaluation systems
  • Collaborate with various channel managements and training teams to establish and manage agency development framework
  • Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap, and create activities and programs to influence agency leaders on developing advisors

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least 5 years’ work experience in sales – corporate or its equivalent, preferably handling a distribution channel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Influencer, organized and resourceful
  • Agile
  • Technologically adept
  • Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Basic knowledge in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling
