Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand overall vision and goals to execute and implement sales activities.

  • Build excellent relationship with branches to deliver top-notch service quality

  • Spearhead all lead generation initiatives

  • Campaign management

  • Align sales activity management with strategy to achieve business plan.

  • Ensure sales process quality to minimize fraud and customer complaints.

  • Manage overall manpower and resourcing plan based on sales KPIs.

  • Drive Sales and achieving assigned Sales targets

  • Support Sourcing & Selection and create a talent pipeline

  • Provide necessary training/coaching and supervision to Insurance Specialists to ensure success of insurance sales at bank branches

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience, at least five years with insurance- experience in the life insurance industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent
