The Opportunity:
CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for individuals to lead application development and support for NASA's enterprise business systems. Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. CACI is hiring a Credential and Access Management professional who implements, follows technical guidance, and monitoring information systems operations. Supporting activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems, hardware refresh initiatives, and software projects; that encompass can deliver expert-level information.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
Specific responsibilities include:
Supporting systems and applications on geographically dispersed servers and server applications. The ICAM Lead will be directly responsible for the effective and efficient operation and interconnectivity of a NASA NCAPS Network and will execute the actions required to correct deficiencies or shortcomings and to improve system performance and efficiency.
Manage the line of business’s operations of over 45 applications providing daily operational oversight, security compliance and engineering coordination, and service level standards.
Provide design support on agency initiatives, including remote Identity Proofing, Derived Certificate Management, External Partner Access Management, Cybersecurity Improvements, and hardware/software upgrades.
Manage custom and vendor software to include but not limited to CA Broadcom for Agency SSO, Active Directory, Entra Identity Management, Lenel OnGuard, Intercede myID CMS, Splan Visitor Management, Microsoft Certificate Authority/Entrust for Public Key Infrastructure, RSA SecureID, and HID Credential Management.
Performing System and Network Administration and System Security.
Resolving application and system software problems.
Evaluate hardware/software enhancements as needed including management of system updates and patches
Monitoring and optimizing system performance
Configuring security on supported platforms, researching security issues / warning notifications for applicability and implementing patches and fixes
Ensuring backup procedures are in place and executed on a timely basis
Interfacing with vendor support service groups and development groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.
Maintain existing systems by analyzing, and implementing changes to the system baselines so that baseline changes meet customer requirements. You will also work with upcoming technology refresh projects.
Contribute to operational and system support documentation in accordance with the program’s configuration management procedures, regularly notifying the team lead when problems or issues arise that are outside the normal scope of work are other activities you will get to support.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be a U.S. citizen
BA/BS or + 3 years of recent specialized experience
Automation using Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript, or batch files
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
Experience with ITIL frameworks
Active Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance, if needed
Desired:
SAFe Agile Certification
CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)
ITIL v4 - Foundation
Prior experience supporting NASA
Experience managing operations in an Agile environment
Experience with SecDevOps and Agile processes and/or tools
Familiarity with the general IT practices and terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter

The proposed salary range for this position is:
