Title and Summary
Manager, Talent Acquisition
Mastercard’s Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for developing talent advisory and sourcing strategies to identify and attract the most competitive talent both internally and externally to ensure Mastercard’s continued success in payments innovation. Reporting into the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition is an individual contributor position and will manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams within Mastercard, primarily supporting our Finance and Risk business units. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our teams by attracting and engaging high‑quality talent, serving as a key ambassador for Mastercard’s culture, values, and commitment to innovation.
Role:
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles within Mastercard’s Finance, Risk, and Global Business Service Center (GBSC) functions across North America; provide support to additional teams as business needs evolve.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain diverse, qualified pipelines of external talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and advise on hiring strategies.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and track effectiveness against agreed‑upon success measures.
• Lead regular recruiting updates for assigned client groups and collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners, Global Compensation, and Global Mobility throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition function.
All About You:
• Demonstrated experience in full‑lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder partnership.
• Hands‑on experience with proactive sourcing techniques and market intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms).
• Experience recruiting professional‑level roles across U.S. and Canadian markets, either in an in‑house corporate environment or through an RPO model.
• Experience recruiting for Finance, Risk, or related professional functions is preferred.
• Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, global organization.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in office.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
