POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is accountable for leading end-to-end HCP strategy and activation for the PCV portfolio, ensuring best-in-class execution that drives HCP engagement, behavior change, and product adoption.
The Product Manager acts as the single point of ownership for HCP marketing, shaping strategy, orchestrating execution, and delivering measurable business impact. Success in this role requires the ability to translate insights into sharp strategies, execute with precision, and build exceptional KOL partnerships that strengthen scientific leadership and accelerate growth.
The role demands strong cross-functional and regional collaboration, contributing to a One VACC mindset, as well as an entrepreneurial approach to challenge the status quo and unlock new growth opportunities—while ensuring full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
