Job Description Summary
As an Agriculture Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including serving as a liaison between the company and its grower partners. You will be involved in having growers sign contracts, sample and evaluate crops, and work with growers regarding their field and storage management. You will assist in scheduling field and storage deliveries to meet production quantity and quality requirements. This position will have supervisory authority and work closely with the other staff members and other departments to assist the company in meeting performance, quality and safety goals and standards.

This position supervises 2 to 6 subordinate employees within the field department during peak seasonal periods and carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
