Manulife Co-op 6-Month Internship Program – Agency Business Enablement

The Agency Business Enablement team supports agency distribution by enhancing business processes, strengthening execution capabilities, and supporting initiatives that improve agency effectiveness and performance. The team works closely with cross functional partners to support project delivery, reporting, and internal communications.

Join us as a co-op intern to support research, project execution, reporting, and coordination activities within the Agency Business Enablement team. This role provides hands-on exposure to agency operations and business initiatives and is well suited for someone who is analytical, well organized, and eager to learn about agency distribution and business enablement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and basic analysis to support business initiatives, and prepare summaries, insights, and recommendations based on findings.
• Assist in project execution by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and supporting follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to support agency-related initiatives and projects.
• Prepare presentation decks, status reports, and internal communication materials for stakeholders.
• Compile data from various sources and organize information into clear, structured formats.
• Attend internal agency meetings, document key discussion points, and follow up on action items.
• Provide ad hoc analytical, administrative, and project support as required by the team. Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data / Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable preparing structured reports and presentation materials.
• Comfortable with basic data analysis and synthesizing information into clear summaries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Able to commit to the internship on a full-time basis, from July 2026 – December 2026. When you join our team:
