JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Work in a wet environment and ensure all equipment (tractors, trailers, etc) are cleaned per required procedures.

We are looking for candidates available Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.

This role takes place at our transportation department located at 8350 Scudder Rd, Kinloch, MO 63140.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Clean and polish aluminum wheels
● Use under wash equipment in safe and efficient manner
● Use brush on a pole to reach taller places
● Use pressure washer wand at 2000 psi
● Communicate with spotter in bringing in equipment in a safe manner to be cleaned
● Follow all Wash bay, Truck Shop, and Union rules and regulations
● Work in the truck shop as directed by Fleet Manager or Supervisor when Wash bay is closed
● Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
● Previous work experience in a shop type environment preferred but not required

● Consistently moving around and standing entire shift

Work Environment
● Work in area that is wet and noisy environment. Schedules can vary but currently is day shift Monday thru Friday and 8 hour days. Some holidays are required also

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates:

• Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
