DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Senior Operations Training Specialist, where you'll contribute to developing and implementing effective training solutions for our operations. In this position, you'll collaborate with machinery suppliers and colleagues across our network to build and share expertise in manufacturing and operational processes. You'll create engaging training products including videos, micro-learning modules, simulations, and workshops while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Working both independently and collaboratively, you'll conduct needs assessments, develop comprehensive training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. You'll support others, manage projects, and contribute to establishing best practices across the organization. This role offers professional development opportunities, including exposure to advanced technologies and processes, learning sessions, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in technical operations, manufacturing, or training role
Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Mechatronic), Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or Instructional Design
Strong knowledge of learning technologies and training methodologies
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering effective training solutions
Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written) required; additional language skills welcomed
Expertise with training software and tools, including Articulate 360, Microsoft Office Suite, and eLearning platforms
Experience in needs assessment, content development, and program evaluation
Ability to create engaging training materials including videos, simulations, and interactive modules
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Experience in sterile manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations preferred
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
