The Opportunity

Are you a visionary leader driven to enhance care standards and improve the quality of life for seniors?

Join AgeCare as a Consultant, Care Practices & Standards and make a meaningful impact across Supportive Living, Long-Term Care, and Hospice care models. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Resident Care and Services, you’ll provide strategic clinical leadership, collaborate with community leaders, and inspire interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure exemplary, person-centered care across all AgeCare Continuing Care communities.
  • Collaborate with skilled care teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate compliance with health service standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and develop actionable plans based on findings.
  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and implement best practices in care delivery.
  • Continuously seek consultation to improve care services.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a complex healthcare environment, preferably in continuing care.
  • Proven leadership and management skills to support effective clinical leadership development.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and regulations (e.g., Nursing Home Act, FOIP, PIPEDA, etc.).
