Responsibilities:
1. Own the web analytics strategy and measurement framework across the corporate website, dealership websites, and digital retail experiences.
2. Define and maintain KPIs and success metrics for traffic quality, user engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
3. Lead the development, ownership, and ongoing evolution of analytics dashboards, scorecards, and recurring digital performance reporting for senior leadership.
4. Translate complex analytics into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations that drive action.
5. Serve as the primary analytics partner to Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams.
6. Define analytics and measurement requirements for new features, campaigns, and experimentation initiatives.
7. Partner with tagging and engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and ongoing data quality.
8. Guide measurement and analysis for A/B testing, user experience optimization, and personalization efforts.
9. Ensure analytics definitions, documentation, and governance support consistent interpretation across teams.
10. Mentor a team of web analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative analytics culture.
11. Stay current on analytics best practices and champion data-driven decision making across the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in management or leadership role.
3. Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
4. Must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in using SQL to retrieve data from databases.
5. Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI or Qlik.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
7. Understanding optimization techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
