Job Summary

As a Mid Lead Generation Specialist (12474), you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Nurturing Existing Leads: Design and implement nurturing strategies for current contacts in the database. This involves creating targeted communication campaigns for each vertical (Media & Entertainment, Automotive, and Utilities).
  • Event Network Nurturing: Manage and nurture the network of contacts acquired at industry events, maintaining interest and relationships with prospects to better prepare them for the sales stage.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess and categorize leads in the database according to their level of interest and conversion potential, delivering qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Database Optimization: Review and organize the database to accurately segment leads based on their interests, industry, and potential, thereby optimizing the relevance of nurturing messages.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align nurturing campaigns and lead qualification with the sales strategies for each vertical.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Email Marketing.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Location: Only for candidates based in Colombia.
  • Soft skills: Effective communication, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Autonomy, Adaptability, Teamwork.
