Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the company's EFB administration system and must receive appropriate training on the system's hardware and operating environment.
Liaise with the Technical and Development team to establish clear and effective EFB procedures and guidelines for crewmembers.
Conduct monthly audits to ensure flight crew EFB devices/accessories comply with company policies and databases are updated when reporting for duty.
Collaborate with the Chief Pilot of Training and Standards (CPTS) to develop training for crewmembers to familiarize themselves with the EFB system's processes and usage.
Coordinate with FOTSE to ensure devices comply with authority requirements.
Compile technical issues or problems reported by crewmembers for further action.
Conduct in-flight data collection and monitoring for technical purposes and flight deck familiarization on flights.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical and Development Pilot (TDP) / Chief Pilots Operations (CPO).
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Experience in creating user manuals, conducting training, and offering support for system-related processes.
Excellent English skills in Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
Proficient in computer literacy; MS Officer, G-suite, and smart gadget tools; iOS devices.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges.
