The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for processing company invoices, including employee expenses, has a daily contact with suppliers and cooperates closely with other departments at Arrow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Duties will include but are not limited to: 

• Posting of purchase invoices to purchase orders and adjustments from vendors (PO).

• CM accounting.

• Entering adjustments and invoices to orders without PO (AP Invoice Journal).

• Posting of transport invoices.

• Non trade invoices posting, approval maintenance in LN.

• Posting of leasing (rent, cars).

• Posting of invoices to customs orders.

• Invoice compensation for duties and commissions against direct debits on vendor account.

• Reconciliation of transactions in customer/vendors accounts.

• Confirmation of Intercompany balances.

• Description of Intercompany invoices.

• Preparation Cost-recharge files.
