Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release management processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services, VS, Airflow.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, integration, and analytics solutions within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release engineering.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and API integrations to customize packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud application deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
