The Open Accelerator is a dual-track strategic initiative designed to bridge the "Production Deployment Gap" for technical entrepreneurs in Massachusetts. By complementing broad Ecosystem Engagement with a highly selective Residency, we rapidly provide the credibility, expertise, and network needed to transform innovation into thriving startup companies that deliver compelling value to global customers while growing within the Commonwealth.
The Red Hat Intern Program is a collaborative effort between the Emerging Talent Team and our intern managers. During your time with us, you can expect meaningful work, along with opportunities for professional development, social engagement, networking, and performance development.
Facilitate and influence change at all levels of the project
Define project scope, create timelines, and set milestones for initiatives.
Maintain project documentation, including requirement documents and performance metrics dashboards
Chance to work with rapidly changing environments and work with remote and distributed teams
Conduct first party research on AI startups
Opportunity to attend events within the local AI Startup community
Collect and document input from the team, customers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and requirements.
Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
Basic knowledge and willingness to learn Google Workspace, Slack, Miro
A genuine interest in AI startups and AI development
Desire to improve and streamline processes
Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with the willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
