Job Overview - Incident Manager
The Incident Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating, documenting, and communicating during incident resolution. 

Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating the Incident Process: Initiating and managing incident bridges, ensuring timely updates and escalations.
Communication Management: Sharing updates with technical teams, service owners, and end users.
Documentation: Maintaining a chronological record of events and decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Confirming incident ownership and coordinating with SMEs, service owners, and business partners

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Five (5) years IT Service Management Experience with minimum 2 years in Incident Management Req
